We Run Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 6:30 am located at the Park next to Manatee Elementary.

Due to Covid -19 CDC Guidelines for social distancing,  we are doing a staggered start on Saturdays.  Each small group will take off in 15 minute intervals starting at 5:30-6:00am.  Members will respond to the Members Only FACEBOOK post as to what time they prefer.

     6:30 PM                          6:30 AM       On Saturdays we alternate two routes.  One goes south on Hagen Ranch Road towards Boynton Beach Blvd with water at the 2 1/2 mile mark.  The second route goes west on Hypoluxo over the bridge turning left onto Lyons with the water just past the 2 1/2 mile mark at the first subdivision on your left.  Both routes are intended to be out and back and have miles marked on the sidewalk up to 3 miles. 

 Every Saturday we will always meet at the Lake Charleston Park 7001 Charleston Shores Blvd

   On Wednesdays  we have speed workouts .  The workout is  a bit different each week.  Some of our Wednesday workouts will be in different locations.  Become a member and you will find out what the workout is and where to meet us each week on our Member's Only Facebook page.

  We also run on Tuesday and Thursday at 5am.  We meet near the Dunkin' Donuts on Jog near Le Chalet.
